Trygonorhina fasciata. Also called the Fiddler Stingray. The Fiddler Stingray is a small and stunning stingray. Fiddler Stingrays have a mostly tan to brown body with dark black markings.
Fiddler Stingrays reach a maximum adult size of around 36 inches and need to be kept in tanks that are at least 500 gallons in size. Fiddler Stingrays are peaceful fish and should not bother other fish in your tank. Fiddler Stingrays will eat all inverts it can find, so they are a bad choice for reef tanks. Also their size can knock over rock work and coral in reef tanks.
