Oxymonacanthus longirostris. Occasionally seen in the trade, and having a pale blue body with numerous yellow spots. Orange Spot Filefish are an extremely hard to keep species of fish. Orange Spot Filefish in nature will only eat coral, so it's hard to keep on in captivity and have a constant supply of live coral for them. Some people have had luck feeding Orange Spot Filefish prepared foods, but they must be trained to eat them. As you are training your Orange Spot Filefish to eat prepared foods you need to supplement their diet with coral. In time they might except foods like mysis and brine shrimp as well as high quality pellet and flake foods.
